Do you allow pets?
Yes! Most of our properties welcome pets. We do require breed information for insurance purposes. Please note that we accept dogs only, with a maximum weight limit of 50 pounds. Contact us if you need more information or want to share specific details to evaluate your request
Do I need to bring my own linens?
No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and towels. We even provide beach towels!
Is early check-in available?
We make every effort to have our properties ready before your arrival by coordinating with our cleaning team. While we can confirm the property will be ready by noon on your check-in day, let us know your preferred time, and we’ll go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional.
Can I check out late?
Sure! If there’s no early check-in planned for the next guest, we’ll check with our cleaning crew and let you know if it’s possible. Just remember, the sooner you let us know, the better!

Is there any security deposit to book these places?
No security deposit is required! Instead, a $30 administrative fee covers any damage to your personal belongings or the owner's items, up to $1,500.
If we check out earlier than planned after check-in, can we get a refund?
We can't guarantee a refund, but if we're able to book that night for another guest, we'd be happy to provide one. Let us know as soon as possible to increase the chances
Is smoking allowed here?
Smoking isn’t allowed in any of our properties. The cleaning costs to remove the smell from furniture are high, not everyone enjoys it. We certainly don't.
Can I invite friends over for dinner?
Of course! You're welcome to have friends over for dinner as long as they don’t stay overnight. Just keep in mind that quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and all our houses are equipped with noise decibel detectors. We want to set a great example and keep our neighbors happy!
Is it possible to rent these places for a mid or long-term stay?
Anything’s possible! Feel free to reach out to us via email, text, or phone call so we can discuss the option of a mid or long-term stay. Communication is key, so let us know, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen
I saw there's a charcoal BBQ grill. Do you guys provide firewood too?
Some of our places have a charcoal grill, but firewood isn’t included. Sometimes guests leave leftover firewood, but to be safe, it’s a good idea to bring your own!
