☀ The whole house consists of two separate units inlcuding backyards, each fully equipped with everything you need.
☀ Unit A: Sleeps 5; 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 single bed.
☀ Unit B: Sleeps 4; 2 bedrooms: 1 king bed and 1 double bed.

One bathroom per unit stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer to save you space in your suitcase.

The kitchens are fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home.
You can use the dining areas in the kitchens, as well as additional tables.
The living rooms have cable TV, and big couches capable of accommodating your wonderful family.

The backyards are fenced, includes a fire pit and BBQ charcoal grill. There are enough chairs to allow you all to spend time around the fire while enjoying time together.

Each side has its own laundry, private back patio and entrance. Meaning, no shared spaces or amenities
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - Whole house you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $150 which covers up to 3 pets for the entire stay.
