Time to put your feet up and enjoy yourself at a little slice of heaven we call Beachtown Bungalow. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 miles from historic downtown Saint Augustine. You will create family memories here for a lifetime.

Two blocks from the beach, this 3-bedroom home is perfect for a quick or long vacation with the family. With modern amenities, entertainment, access to free high-speed WiFi & on-site parking, you are sure of maximum comfort and convenience. In just minutes, you can be walking the pier, building sandcastles with the kids or lounging in the sun.

Treat yourself to BBQ lunches or dinners using the outdoor charcoal grill and enjoy time spent in the private back patio around the fire pit. Umbrellas and beach chairs are available for your use as well. Two parking spaces are available and on-street parking if needed. Dog(s) allowed with a $75 pet fee (total for entire stay).

This bungalow is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. The A side has it's own laundry, private back patio and entrance.

Our stay in Bungalow A was absolutely perfect. Matt and Natasha went out of their way to make sure you have everything you'd need for a great stay. All the furniture is very comfortable. The couch and beds are so cozy. There are so many thoughtful details. We felt welcome, like staying at a family members home. They put heart into the space and it was felt. The walk to the beach is minimal. You do have to cross A1A but the traffic is slow and super easy to cross. The beach is dog friendly all day We brought our dog so having a fenced in area and outside hose and shower was perfect. It was great to rinse off before coming inside. I hate sand so this made me so happy! There is also a small vacuum you can use to get any sand that gets by, lol. Washer and dryer with washer pods The house is spotless. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you may need to cook a meal. Publix is a very short drive. restaurants nearby are great and walkable. 10 out of 10, excellent stay!
