You can use the dining area in the kitchen, there is also a wooden table to make yourself comfortable.

The living room has cable TV, small table and a big couch capable of accommodating your wonderful family.

The backyard is fully fenced, includes a fire pit and BBQ charcoal grill. There are enough chairs to allow you all to spend time around the fire while enjoying time together.

There is also a small outdoor shower close if needed.

This bungalow is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. The A side has its own laundry, private back patio and entrance.

We're here to support you throughout your stay, however much you need. Feel free to contact us by phone or message. Self check-in is available for your convenience.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:

When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - A you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:

We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

You must be 25 or older to book this home.

Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.

My sister and I and our two pups have just returned from a month long stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect with restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and most importantly, the beach all within walking distance. We felt extremely safe walking home at the end of a delicious dinner as the streets are well lit and the neighbours are so friendly! The house is spotless and well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal in the kitchen or BBQ in your beautiful private backyard oasis . Beds are extremely comfortable with fresh linen on each of the three beds. We were so pleased with our stay at Natasha and Matt's home and we would highly recommend this home to anyone considering St. Augustine as a vacation spot. Thank you Natasha & Matt. See you soon!!

The bungalow was perfect for our group of 5! The space was clean and tidy. The proximity to the beach was our favorite part, we loved being able to walk to the beach. Matthew also provides beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella so we didn’t even have to bring any bulky beach gear with us! The bungalow is walkable to some restaurants and coffee shops which was great. The host also left a gift card for an ice cream shop that was in walking distance which was so kind. I will definitely be coming back!

Place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice 5 day beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood and the house is at the end of a dead end street with off-street parking. House is an easy 6 minute walk to the beach, with many restaurants within walking distance, and an easy drive to downtown.

Our family had such a great time at Matthew’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of beach gear and towels, plus some toys, a crib, hi chair, and utensils for our baby! A short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and more. Plus just a 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. Matthew was very hospitable and responsive, always making sure we had what else needed. I’d definitely stay here again next time we come to St. Augustine!

This was the perfect spot for us to spend an extended stay close to the beach and restaurants ! Bungalow A had all the necessities and some bonuses for a beach stay. Lots of beach towels, toys, chairs and a neat wagon to get your stuff there if you need it. Only a 5 minute walk till your toes are in the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking basics and I was able to ask questions ahead of time so brought along a few things I needed for more complex meals . The Bungalow is exactly as shown in the pictures and the beds are super comfortable with ceiling fans above . We had lots of nights where the fire pit and bbq came in handy so those were appreciated as well. Communication was literally the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had - clear information, easy instructions and they always answered questions so kindly and promptly. Looking forward to our next visit.

Natasha and Matt's place is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the beach, and with the beach wagon to carry supplies it's better than driving and parking. Other beach supplies like beach towels and beach chairs were a nice touch. The bungalow is cute and well supplied, plenty of a stocked kitchen, extra pillows, and extra blankets. We would definitely stay there again!

Natasha and Matt were amazing hosts. They were very responsive. They went above and beyond our expectations, My family felt right at home at the Bungalow. The beds were super comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. They even left a little welcome gift. Which was so sweet. The bathroom was super clean. We had plenty of towels . There were also lots of things to take to the beach as well as wagons and chairs. We were able walk over to the beach with the beach chairs and watch the New Years fireworks from the beach which was so nice. We had everything we needed. This was a perfect location. It was a very short walk to the beach and short drive to the town. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Natasha and Matt A++++ Hosts

The guesthouse is walking distance to the beach and very close to great restaurants and the amphitheater. The owners provided a wagon with lots of beach, toys, and chairs, which was very thoughtful, as well as some chocolates. Overall a wonderful stay.

We were looking for a place away from tourist hub and close to the beach. The walk to the beach was 2 easy blocks and away from mainstream. Perfect. Parking was great. The back yard was nice, though we had so much rain we didn’t get to enjoy it like we hoped. While they offered bath body wash and shampoo, best to bring your own as the bottles were empty upon arrival. Not a deal breaker for me. Shower tiles need a good cleaning but the tub was well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked and large. Would have enjoyed more lighting. Beds are super comfy. High off the ground. Twin room is perfect for a child or 1 person. We couldn’t figure out how to open the sliding door. Just walked around thru the front door instead. This is an ideal space at the right price.

Our stay in Bungalow A was absolutely perfect. Matt and Natasha went out of their way to make sure you have everything you'd need for a great stay. All the furniture is very comfortable. The couch and beds are so cozy. There are so many thoughtful details. We felt welcome, like staying at a family members home. They put heart into the space and it was felt. The walk to the beach is minimal. You do have to cross A1A but the traffic is slow and super easy to cross. The beach is dog friendly all day We brought our dog so having a fenced in area and outside hose and shower was perfect. It was great to rinse off before coming inside. I hate sand so this made me so happy! There is also a small vacuum you can use to get any sand that gets by, lol. Washer and dryer with washer pods The house is spotless. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you may need to cook a meal. Publix is a very short drive. resturants nearby are great and walkable. 10 out of 10, excellent stay!

Unfortunately, this is listed as a three bedroom but due to the state of the 3rd bedroom none of us felt comfortable sleeping in there. This condo is in a fantastic location with dining options and activities in walking distance. The beach was an 8 minute walk from the drive way. As a two bedroom this place works! At the time of booking, the 3rd bedroom was not advertised accurately. A photo of the bedroom with the king bed was used instead of the twin. The bedroom is a converted patio/sunroom. On arrival, it was very warm back there. The wall is the exterior wall of the house. There is no drywall separating the room from the outside. We felt so uncomfortable in that space that we put the twin mattress on the living room floor. Additionally, the closet door in this room was wide open allowing access to what was later described to us as the owners closet where the cleaning supplies are located. Inside there were exposed wires coming out of the wall and liquor bottles.
