We offer cozy rooms equipped with everything you need to rest and recharge from your daily activities. Fresh linens and all essentials are provided to ensure a comfortable and restful sleep.

There is one full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer to save you space in your suitcase.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you need to feel at home.

You can use the dining area in the kitchen, there is also a wooden table to make yourself comfortable.

The living room has cable TV, small table and a big couch capable of accommodating your wonderful family.

Includes a fire pit and BBQ charcoal grill. There are enough chairs to allow you all to spend time around the fire while enjoying time together.

There is also a small outdoor shower if needed.

This bungalow is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. The B side has it's own laundry, private back patio and entrance.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:

When you stay at St. Augustine, Beachtown Bungalow - B you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:

We have a pet fee of $100 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house is conveniently located short walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. It is at the end of a dead end street and very quiet. We found it clean and well-stocked with everything you might need including beach paraphernalia. We enjoyed our stay and will consider this bungalow in the future.

Matthew's property perfectly suited our needs, including accommodating our dog Romeo. Our son came and stayed for one night and the extra bedroom worked out perfectly. The backyard firepit area was big fun-we grilled steaks and lit a fire and gathered with other family visiting the area. Very shorty walk to the beach and plenty of cool food options close by. We will definitely be back!

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed, the living room was perfectly cozy, location walkable to beach & restaurants! Matt and Natasha were very quick to respond to questions and needs. This is an older duplex in a quiet neighborhood. Fire pit in back area is rusted out. Storm door needs replacing. Sliding door in BR is inoperable. It has a well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. A nice collection of books and TV. A nice walking or bicycling path is nearby. Pet Friendly was a plus!

We spent 1 week here over Thanksgiving, renting both sides of the bungalow, 3 adults in one side and 2 in the other. 3 dogs, 1 who doesn’t love other dogs in his space and this location and set up worked really well. While we brought a few items from home we were easily able to prep Thanksgiving contributions with most of what was on hand. The location was a quick walk to the beach, Beachcomber, Coffee and Tacos! Had a great time.
