The entire home is yours to enjoy. The property does have two additional cottages in behind this house where other guests will be staying. A diagram outlining the property layout is provided in the photos.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:

When you stay at Lobster Pot Getaway, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:

We have a pet fee of $100, which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

Parking along the right side of home only (asphalt drivway). Parking on the white marble stone driveway is for the back two cottages only.
